Talentview becomes ‘Kelio ATS’: for a comprehensive and simplified HR solution
At Kelio, our ambition is to offer you a complete and well-integrated software solution to manage all aspects of your employees' lives at work. To achieve this goal, in 2023 we integrated Talentview, a recruitment solution, into our global software offer.
We're now looking to make our product range clearer by renaming Talentview ‘Kelio ATS’. This name change marks our desire to offer a unique, global solution under a single name: Kelio.
As of 7 October, this recruitment module (ATS - Applicant Tracking System) will now be called ‘Kelio ATS’. This change will also make it easier to market our solution abroad, enabling us to promote all our functionalities under the Kelio brand, anywhere in the world.
Kelio ATS is a comprehensive recruitment solution that helps organisations recruit more effectively, by simplifying management in 3 areas:
- enhancing the employer brand: with the ability to build a career site in just a few clicks, or integrate company presentation videos into the application funnel,
- modernising and simplifying the candidate experience: candidates can make ‘video pitches’ or answer customisable questions,
- optimising application management: with multi-posting of job offers on a number of job boards, assistance with sorting CVs, and access to a dashboard and KPIs for monitoring the recruitment process and budget.
By unifying our HR management offering under a single identity, we are continuing to optimise human resources management by providing a complete experience encompassing recruitment, onboarding, HR administration, working time management, talent management and much more.
