Personal Data concerning the user:

The user may be required to provide KELIO with different types of Personal Data which vary according to the purpose of the collection and the associated service.

KELIO mainly processes Personal Data that is collected directly from the user or indirectly through third party sources.

The information requested in the forms is mandatory in order to process the user's request. If this information is not provided, the request cannot be taken into account.

In all cases, KELIO undertakes to collect only the Personal Data strictly necessary to offer services and respond to the user's requests.

In accordance with the regulations in force, KELIO undertakes to implement all technical and organisational measures in order to guarantee the user's Personal Data a level of security appropriate and proportionate to the risk.

Recipients of the user's Personal Data :

To achieve the purposes described above, Personal Data is mainly intended for KELIO staff, specifically authorised and competent to process it.

KELIO may communicate certain Personal Data to its subcontractors (in particular for the purposes of hosting the website and optimising services). In such a case, KELIO requires them to respect the confidentiality, integrity and security of the Personal Data communicated to them and to use them only in the context of the performance of their service provision mission.

KELIO may exceptionally be required to communicate the user's Personal Data when this is required by judicial and administrative authorities justifying their need to know.

KELIO mainly uses sub-contractors established within the European Union. When the latter are likely to be located outside the European Union, KELIO undertakes to implement the necessary guarantees via standard contractual clauses in order to provide the user's Personal Data with the same level of protection as within the European Union. 

The user's rights regarding his or her Personal Data :

In accordance with the regulations applicable to the protection of personal data, the user has :

  • a right of access (and) rectification, deletion and portability of information concerning them;
  • a right to limit and object to the processing of their data;
  • the possibility of transmitting directives in order to organise the fate of data concerning them (conservation, deletion, communication to a third party, etc.) in the event of their death.

In accordance with the provisions of Article 12 of the RGPD, KELIO undertakes to respond within one month of receipt of the user's request. In the event of a complex request, this period may be extended by two months.

KELIO may carry out identity checks in order to guarantee the confidentiality and security of Personal Data. In certain cases, a copy of the user's identity document may be requested.

The user also has the right to appeal to a national supervisory authority such as the Commission Nationale de l'Informatique et des Libertés in the event of a breach of the regulations applicable to the protection of personal data and in particular European Regulation no. 2016-679.

What is a cookie?

The https://www.kelio.com website uses the Drupal CMS. Several cookies are used to ensure that the site functions correctly.

  • Audience measurement cookies

In order to optimise the site in relation to visitor behaviour, KELIO measures the number of visits, the number of pages viewed and visitor activity on the sites using the Google Analytics statistics tool.

The user's IP address is also collected in order to locate the city of connection. The IP address is then anonymised after use, by replacing the last byte with zeros.

KELIO cannot link a physical person to a cookie id. The personal data collected is not passed on to third parties or used for any other purpose.
