Article 1 : Purpose of the Site
The purpose of the Website is to:
- To present and tell the story of KELIO, its identity, its brands and its values;
- To give greater visibility to KELIO as an international player in time management, HRIS, payroll and access control;
- Enable users to access the various websites of the BODET Group's legal entities;
- Attract talent and present the jobs and career opportunities within KELIO;
- To keep abreast of all news concerning KELIO.
Article 2 : Responsibility of Website users
As a user of the Site, the user acknowledges having the technical means necessary to access and use the Site.
The user acknowledges that he/she has checked that his/her computer configuration contains no viruses and is in perfect working order. The user must have read this Legal Notice and undertakes to comply with it.
The user uses the Site under his sole responsibility. KELIO may not be held liable for any direct or indirect damage such as, in particular, material damage, loss of data or programmes, or financial damage resulting from the Site or websites linked to it.
Article 3 : Security
The Site is protected by physical, administrative and technical measures put in place to maintain the security, confidentiality and integrity of the data collected by KELIO.
However, KELIO reminds users of the Site that it is impossible to guarantee the absolute security of data transmissions on the Internet. Consequently, KELIO cannot guarantee the security of data transmitted over the Internet.
For his part, the user undertakes, when using the Site, not to carry out any manipulation likely to cause functional computer breakdowns or of any kind affecting the operation of the Site or of any servers or services accessible via the Site.
In particular, he/she undertakes only to make available, in the space constituted by the Site, information, data, documents and files that are reliable and not likely to affect the operation of the Site or of any server or service accessible via the Site.
When using the Site or any servers or services accessible via the Site, the user undertakes to:
- Respect national and international laws and regulations in force, as well as the rights of third parties;
- Not to damage the image of KELIO in any way or form whatsoever.
KELIO cannot be held responsible for any damage resulting from access by a user to the Site, its use or the impossibility of accessing it.
Article 4 : Limitation of liability
KELIO has opened the Site for the personal information of its users. No commercial exploitation, even partial, of the data which are presented there could be exploited without the preliminary and written agreement of KELIO.
The Site proposes a clear and relevant presentation of KELIO, its activities as well as an easy access to the most sought-after information. Consequently, KELIO shall not be liable for any inaccuracy or omission of one or more items of information on the Site.
The information published on the Site (text, graphics, photos, etc.) is of a purely general and informative nature and is provided for information purposes only. Despite all due care, the Site does not constitute a contractual document and may not be used as a basis for legal action.

Article 5 : Intellectual property
5.1 Copyright
The Website is a work of which KELIO is the author within the meaning of Articles L 111.1 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.
The graphic design and production of the Site were carried out by KELIO.
The texts and photographs, animations, drawings, sounds and other works are the exclusive property of KELIO.
Any reproduction, direct or indirect, temporary or permanent, by any means whatsoever, in whole or in part, as well as any representation, use or modification, even partial, of the Site is prohibited. Such acts constitute an infringement punishable by three years' imprisonment and a fine of €300,000 (article L 716-10 of the French Intellectual Property Code).
5.2 Trademark rights
The verbal or semi-figurative trademarks have been registered by KELIO and are their exclusive property.
The reproduction, use, imitation, affixing, removal or modification of these trademarks without the prior authorisation of KELIO or their owners constitutes an infringement punishable by three years imprisonment and a fine of €300,000 (article L 716-10 of the French Intellectual Property Code).
Article 6 : Hypertext links and referencing
The Site may contain hypertext links leading to other Internet sites which are completely independent of the Site. KELIO in no way assumes or guarantees that the information contained in such hypertext links or in all the websites to which they are linked is accurate, complete or true.
Consequently, any access to another website linked to the Site is the sole responsibility of the user.
Any creation of a hypertext link to the Site and any referencing thereof are prohibited without the express written authorisation of KELIO.
Article 7 : Protection of personal data
KELIO collects and processes personal data in accordance with the French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978, as amended.
Users of the Site have the right to access and rectify information concerning them, which may be exercised by contacting dpo@kelio.com
Users of the Site may also, for legitimate reasons, oppose the processing of their personal data. KELIO takes all necessary precautions, in view of the nature of the data and the risks of processing, to protect the security of the data and, in particular, to prevent any alteration or unauthorised access by third parties.
Article 8 : Modification of the legal information on the Site
KELIO reserves the right to modify or correct, at any time and without prior notice, the present Legal Information, in particular in the event of a change in the legislation in force in order to bring it into line with such legislation.

The Site and the Legal Notice are subject to French law.
